Evander Holyfied Faces Foreclosure | Video News Report

One of the mothers of former heavyweight boxing champ Evander Holyfield's nine children says Holyfield has missed two child-support payments. Toi Irvin, mother of Holyfield's 10-year-old son, has filed a petition for contempt in the Fayette County Superior Court in Fayetteville, Georgia. She was told, by Holyfield's representatives, not to expect the $6,000 in payments for May and June.

According to the Atlanta Journal and Constitution newspaper, Holyfield appears to be in serious financial trouble. His palatial estate in Fayette County, worth an estimated $10 million, is set to be auctioned July 1, 2008. Also, it has been reported that Holyfield is being sued by a company in Utah for approximately $500,000 in landscaping fees.
