The agreement didn't mention visitation rights, however on July 17, Spears agreed to give K-Fed sole legal and physical custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, while she would retain visitation rights.
Federline's attorney made this statement to Usmagazine.com:
The children are well adjusted. I only see them when they're with Kevin. They are vibrant, happy, well-adjusted kids. Kevin is delighted to have this ordeal over. He is greatly relieved and very happy this worked out.
Britney's attorney, Laura Wasser, told People magazine:
She's thrilled. To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn't have asked for anything more.
