Lucy Liu (Charlie's Angels, Kill Bill) and Mark Hamill (Star Wars) have joined Samuel L. Jackson and the rest of the cast of Afro Samurai: Resurrection, the Afro Samurai animated television movie sequel that will run in January, 2009.Liu plays "Sio," Afro's seductive nemesis, while Hamill plays "Bin," Sio's manservant and protector. Uri Lowenthal (Naruto) will return in his role as "Kuma," the teddy bear-headed warrior.
The Afro Samurai game for the Microsoft Xbox360 is planned for a 2009 release.
