What you are talking here is the Eb1-EA category.. and not the general EB1 category..
The EB1 Category is primarily meant for inter company transfers. Most of the people who qualify to get GC under this category come to US through the inter company transfer route and are primarily on L1-A work visa. Yes, the fees gets revised start July 30. But you need NOT pay again and again to extend EAD/AP, if requried. Need to calculate the difference. Also not sure if the Attorney's would charge twice as they have to resubmit the paper with little or no modification.

Already it happened for other workers category last month. In mid july THEY WILL STOP accepting 485s if they receive more than they could process.
For the Nth time, it has nothing to do with how many they receive. If they APPROVE more than the number of available visa numbers, THEN they could/might stop accepting new applications. As long as existing visa numbers are available, they will keep accepting new 485s, thats the law.

I donot think its in any way wrong to come meet somebody and say hi and try to talk to but what is wrong is the methodology adopted by these folks which basically irritates people.
I do not think its any way different then any networking event in Bay Area , the only difference is you meet somebody introduce yourselves and about your product and then move on and then just wait for the other person to contact you, however in case of amway first part of meeting is ok but they completely miss out on the second part instead of waiting for the second person to call they just keep calling you and harassing you with calls

Even after I told them I was quitting, they were kept calling me for quite some time. Amway as a corporation has nothing to do with this menace. The disgustingly greedy people involved in this pyramid (or network) marketing are creating such an atmosphere and name. Unfortunately, a big number of people who are involved in this biz are Desis.

even if labor market tests are the right way to go, there is no justification for the enormous bureacracy involved in the US EB system. Consider the time it takes to clear labor certification .. 4-6 months under PERM.Then why another 4-6 years after that to issue the green card ? If the person has already proven he is in a speciality occupation, why the additional bureacracy, and retrogression in the name of "diversity" ? Current policy just smacks of ambivalence.. immigrants are needed for the economy, yet the rules dont acknowledge their utility by offering a painless path to permanent residency.

I saw a few posts that have already started carving out the law per their own conditions, and bashing people who have real concerns about any action on the bill. There was a time when real grievances by a group of people was being shut down for want of "unity". But with so many members starting these kind of threads (and the apparent lack of the "administrators" refuting such discussions), I think it is time to start individual cabals to further our own goals rather than the whole community.

not really..i think we want to give a benefit of doubt to the amway person not to do this and lose our friendship (esp when close friends do this to you). We know how to be tough. and that is what BWW is not doing, beside all what you said i also believe they lie to you a lot as it happened with me on several occasions, they would lie about the credentials aof theirs and theirs upline because they think people are more open to hear from persons who are more successful and thats why they lie about education and job etc..
One of the Diamonds came to my house last year and he projected that he is going to be my best friend even though i said Yes or NO.
He came to my house several times,he would call me everyday and ask me about life in general and all the while behaved as one of my best friend/brother and he disappeared with no phone call at all as soon as i said NO to my upline.
And i believe these all practices of theirs is whats turning people off.

Why don't you tell us how much you bought your labor for? Show us a proof that you have not bought it.
I think I made a mistake of answering your post and apologize for that to all members. I also urge people not to answer anyone with substitute labor on this forum.
such people cut in line in front of us and don't even bother paying money to IV. Why should we give them free advice. If they can spend money buying labor for 20K they can spend hundred dollars and consult a lawyer and ask their question. It is with such mentaility they are brought up with in their country- Currption and getting things done with money. But never paying anyone for a just cause. In my country people contribute only when they fear god in temples, for medical treatment or to astrologers!!

Why don't you tell us how much you bought your labor for? Show us a proof that you have not bought it.
I think I made a mistake of answering your post and apologize for that to all members. I also urge people not to answer anyone with substitute labor on this forum.
such people cut in line in front of us and don't even bother paying money to IV. Why should we give them free advice. If they can spend money buying labor for 20K they can spend hundred dollars and consult a lawyer and ask their question. It is with such mentaility they are brought up with in their country- Currption and getting things done with money. But never paying anyone for a just cause. In my country people contribute only when they fear god in temples, for medical treatment or to astrologers!!
I also urge moderators to close such threads on this forum whenever someone is diagnosed with a substitute labor cancer. Yes it is a cancer that is worsening retrogression further.
At least on this forum we can have the resolve to fight such people who are hurting most of us.
Now if someone argues with me on this post, then it will mean that either that person has himself bought a substitute labor or is looking for one. So don't even bother because a lot of members after reading this post will come hard on people who are ok with substitute labor on this forum.

I do not get it what's your problem someone is asking for advise with his/hers labor subs. As far as I can see it you should not ask personal questions such as "tell us how much you paid" etc. I don't think it is your business. It's a strange fact that he came back to power.
The guy, his son and his team have been looting, destroying, killing (political killings) on the scales of mafia never ever seen in the history of AP.
I repeat that again. Good riddance. Wish his Son was also part of the chopper trip...that would have been complete liberation.
For “dealsnet”, politicians are diplomatic, that is how they have to be, and behind their minds they might have a different plan and agenda. Why should we anonymous people be diplomatic? And why should we be afraid to speak?
If you have a personal interest in Congress or YSR say your sympathies and talk about it. No need to preach and say that others are not responsible. I think at least in this forum we are educated on a level basis.
And for closing yesterday’s thread on YSR, you people should grow! Immigration Voice is just one among thousands of other web sites and if you believe you have a point, talk about it.

We have taken these ideas to executive and legislative branches of the government. Our suggestions/proposals have been taken up at the top most level. This has been discussed more than few times with favorable consideration. Without being able to share the specifics, we have received extremely positive feedback for our suggestions. Specific events have to occur before this and similar ideas could possibly be considered in the new administration.
